Last updated: 27 October 2026
This notice covers the Quantcierge marketing website and enquiries made through its contact links. The Sophia research workspace and other linked services may have separate privacy information.
Who is responsible
Quantcierge Ltd is the controller of personal information provided to us through website enquiries. We are registered in England and Wales under company number 17218248. Our registered office is Lower Coombe End, Bigfrith Lane, Cookham, Maidenhead, England, SL6 9UQ.

Information we use and why
When you email us, request a report or arrange a demonstration, we use the contact details, professional information and message you provide to respond and manage our relationship with you. This is for our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, or to take steps at your request before entering a contract, as applicable.
Our hosting and infrastructure providers process technical request information, such as IP addresses and browser information, to deliver and secure the website. This supports our legitimate interest in operating a reliable and secure website.
Cookies and external services
This website does not include advertising or analytics trackers and does not set its own cookies. Our homepage loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google to retrieve those files. The website and its media are served through Google Firebase Hosting.
Links to Calendly, Substack, LinkedIn and our research applications take you to separate services. Their privacy and cookie notices apply when you visit them. Substack subscriptions are handled on Substack, not through an embedded form on this website.
Sharing and retention
We use service providers for hosting, communications and appointment scheduling. Relevant information may also be shared with professional advisers or authorities where necessary or legally required. Providers may process information outside the UK; you can contact us for details of the providers and applicable transfer safeguards.
We retain enquiry and relationship information while our relationship is active, and ordinarily delete inactive contact information after three years unless a legal retention requirement applies. Technical data is subject to the relevant infrastructure provider's retention arrangements.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you can request access to, correction or deletion of your personal information, restriction of its use or a portable copy where applicable. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests and to direct marketing. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it.
Contact us at the email address above to exercise your rights. You can also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
Updates
We may update this notice as the website or our practices change. The date above identifies the latest revision.
